10. Google API Services & Gmail Data

Inkris offers optional email integration features that allow users to connect their Google account, including Gmail, via OAuth authentication.

When enabled by the user, Inkris may access limited Google user data such as email metadata and message content strictly to provide user-requested features including in-app email sending, viewing conversations, and logging communications to CRM records.

Inkris’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Google user data is used solely to provide features explicitly requested by the user.
• Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
• Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the Services or comply with legal obligations.
• Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their account settings or Google account permissions.

Inkris does not store full copies of users’ email inboxes. Any temporary processing or caching is performed securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services.
