  • Are the leads prequalified?

    Yes, all leads are prequalified. We automatically verify emails and phone numbers to prevent fake or invalid contact details from getting through.

  • Can I get more than 2 leads?

    Yes, you can increase your lead quota at any time, up to 1,000 leads, through the pay-as-you-go settings in the platform.

  • Do I need an Inkris public profile to receive leads?

    Yes, your public profile helps potential clients connect with you. If you leave your phone number blank, your name and company will still be visible to customers. You can disable your public profile (not recommended), but it must be set up to receive leads.

  • Can multiple team members access an account?

    Yes, you can add team members to your account to access leads in real-time. To invite team members, ensure you have purchased additional active licenses.

  • Do unused leads roll over?

    Yes, any unused leads roll over each month if the platform has not delivered your full quota. As long as your subscription remains active, your lead quota will be fulfilled, regardless of how long it takes. If you prefer a pay-as-you-go model with no monthly subscription (starting at $0.40 per inquiry), contact our sales team. A minimum purchase of 20 inquiries is required for our Enterprise Marketplace-Only plan.
